Mom has lived there for a year now. Loves the property, setting and no issues with anyone or manager. If you are looking for a family area or a senior its a great place and one I am glad my mom moved into as I feel good about having her in a safe location

I had a bad experience. The friendly atmosphere when the Burgess family owned the park is gone now, replaced by Harmony Communities which appears to be a big money grab. In the months since they've owned the community, the lot rent has increased 3 times. My best advice, stay away.
Omgggggggg. So beautiful..the manager dave makes sure it stays that way wonderful people, so warm and hospitable..
Very beautiful and clean place to live but Under New Management and the new manager is a total bully. Many long-term residents have moved out or are seeking to relocate due to New Management.
